"You and Your Baby are Unique!"
Your birth experience should also be UNIQUE.
Over the years I have helped many women enjoy
their pregnancy and achieve a positive birthing experience.
Would you like:
-
to experience a beautiful bonding experience
with your baby during pregnancy?
-
a positive and relaxed birthing experience?
-
to stay in control during the birth of your
baby?
-
as short a labour as possible?
-
to minimise the need for pain relief during
labour?
-
to benefit from improved sleep during and
after pregnancy?
- a calm and happy baby?
By learning hypnosis and deep relaxation
techniques to assist you through labour you can achieve all of this.
You and your baby are UNIQUE, your birth
experience will be UNIQUE and so my sessions are UNIQUE and
tailored to you.
A CD is provided at the end of each session
allowing you to receive the benefits of relaxation and self-hypnosis at
home.
I recommend 4 x 1 hour sessions but because you
are UNIQUE you may need more or fewer sessions.
The cost per session is £65.
Testimonials
"I was relaxed and
focused and able to deal with the pain perfectly. In fact I had
no pain relief at all, not even gas and air! The whole
experience was totally positive. Thanks again Hilary, I really
do feel I owe it all to you and have been raving about you ever
since I got out of hospital."
Emma Johnson October 2006
"We all had an amazing
birth experience , 10 hours assisted with little gas and air!
You have been really inspirational as 9 months ago I would have
begged for a C section and at the very least was expecting an
epidural!"
Beckie Davies 2008
"Just to let you know that Baby
Davies arrived last night weighing 6lb 8oz. Another fantastic
birth, lasting all of 1 hour and 17 minutes!"

"I just want you to know how the sessions really
helped with the birth. I had no pain relief; I just used a TENS
machine and a birthing ball! "
Sam Kirwan, January 2010
I managed to have a much
wanted natural labour using only gas and air. Harry's birth was
totally different from my previous labours. This time I
coped well with the pain using your techniques and did not need to resort to an epidural.Thank
you so much, a much appreciative client, Kerry.
