The requested information on the form is required in relation to the provision of psychotherapy by Positive New You (a mental health provider) in accordance with the British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP).  As an Accredited member of BACP (Member No. 082373) we operate under a strict code of confidentiality and adhere to BACP’s ethical framework and guidelines to ensure that you receive a professional and quality service.

Payments on this website are processed using Stripe, your credit card details are not saved in our system.
